Our district is reviewing new math materials aligned to New Mexico Standards to help students make sense of math and become confident problem solvers today, January 12, from 5-6:30 p.m. at the APS HUB 1211 Hawaii Ave, Building B, Upstairs.✏️📝

Families and community members are invited to preview and ask questions of our top three math curriculum options.
✨What to Expect:
This is an open-house style event. You may come and go at any time and speak directly with curriculum representatives.
✨How These Were Selected:
Teachers reviewed several HQIM math programs and helped narrow the field to three options.

🎄❄️ Friday, December 19th, is the last date to donate to our Glove & Hat Drive! Please help us spread joy this holiday season!🌨️ 🧤

Donations can be dropped off at any Alamogordo Public Schools site, at the APS Administrative Building (1211 Hawaii Ave), at the HUB (805 12th St.), or at First American Bank. 🎄

❄️Tomorrow, December 16th, is the last day to donate books and pajamas to benefit COPE! 📚

👖👕Boxes are available in the Administration Building (1211 Hawaii Ave). COPE is also in need of new batteries, pet supplies, pillows, towels, and laundry detergent. Monetary donations can be made out to Center of Protective Environment of Alamogordo.❄️🎄

This winter, every student who receives a warm coat from the Tiger Care Center deserves to stay fully bundled up - and you can help make that happen! We’re collecting new hats & gloves to pair with every coat we provide to students in need. Your generosity will bring warmth, comfort, and hope to children and teens throughout our community.
